How long does it take to set up Wizal?

Your first AI-logged deal can happen within the hour. Pro and Enterprise plans include a 1:1 onboarding call.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business Account specifically?
You need a WhatsApp Business Account (the free version from Meta). Most sales managers in our markets already have one, or can create one in under 5 minutes. Wizal connects to your existing number — you do not need to create a new one. Note: Pro and Enterprise bot features require the WhatsApp Business API, which we help you set up during onboarding.
Can I import my existing contacts and deals from another CRM?
Yes. Wizal supports CSV import for contacts and deals from any CRM. For HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho specifically, we provide a step-by-step migration guide that maps fields automatically. Enterprise plan customers receive a managed data migration service where the Wizal team handles the import for you.
How long until my team is actually using it?
We have seen full adoption — all team members actively sending WhatsApp messages that log into the CRM — happen within the first week. Because Wizal uses WhatsApp as the interface, there is no new app for your team to learn. Security & Data

Is it safe to run business data through WhatsApp?
Wizal processes WhatsApp messages to extract data — contact names, deal values, next steps — which is then stored in our encrypted database, not inside WhatsApp. Message content is processed in transit and is not stored at rest in WhatsApp's systems. Our backend runs on Supabase with SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, role-based access controls, and audit logs.
Where is my data stored? Can I export it?
Your data is stored on servers in the EU (Supabase — SOC 2 compliant). Enterprise customers can request a specific data residency region. You can export all your data — contacts, deals, pipeline history, conversation logs — at any time in standard CSV format. No export restrictions, no data hostage situations, no fee for exporting.
Who can see my team's WhatsApp messages?
Only the data extracted by the AI is stored in Wizal — structured fields like contact name, company, deal value, and next steps. Raw WhatsApp message content is processed in transit for entity extraction and is not stored as readable text in our database. Your team's full WhatsApp conversation history remains in WhatsApp, not in Wizal.

Features

What languages does Wizal support?
French, Arabic (Modern Standard), and English are supported across the full product — interface, bot responses, pipeline labels, and AI entity extraction. Darija (Moroccan Arabic dialect) is supported for voice note transcription and entity extraction on Business, Growth, and Enterprise plans. This is the only CRM that supports Darija. We are expanding to Egyptian Arabic and Gulf Arabic in a future release.
Does the AI get everything right? What happens when it makes a mistake?
The AI extracts and suggests — you confirm any uncertain fields. For straightforward inputs (a voice note clearly stating a name, company, and deal value), accuracy is very high. For ambiguous inputs, the bot asks one clarifying question before creating the record. You can edit any AI-generated field at any time. The system learns from corrections over time.
Can Wizal handle multiple pipelines and different sales teams?
Multiple pipelines are available from the Business plan (up to 3). Growth plan has unlimited pipelines. You can configure different pipeline stages per pipeline — for example a real estate pipeline with Reservation and Notary stages alongside a standard B2B pipeline. Territory management is available on Growth and Enterprise plans.

Billing

Can I cancel anytime? Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, cancel anytime. Monthly plans have no minimum commitment — cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Annual plans can be cancelled and you receive the remaining months as a credit. No cancellation fees. No retention flows designed to confuse you. One click, cancelled.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account enters a 30-day grace period. You can export all your data — contacts, deals, pipeline history — in CSV format during this window. After 30 days, the account and its data are permanently deleted. We do not sell your data to third parties, before or after cancellation.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free — pay 10 months, get 12. Solo annual: 990 MAD/year. Business annual: 2,990 MAD/year. Growth annual: 6,990 MAD/year. Enterprise annual: 19,990 MAD/year. Annual plans are invoiced as a single payment.

What kind of support is included?
Solo: email support with a 48-hour response target. Business: priority email support with an 8-hour response target, plus a 1:1 onboarding call. Growth: 8-hour SLA with dedicated support. Enterprise: 4-hour response SLA, dedicated account manager, and direct WhatsApp escalation line. All plans have access to the Wizal knowledge base, onboarding guides, and video tutorials.
Is Wizal right for a very small team (1-3 people)?
Yes. The Solo plan at 99 MAD/month is designed specifically for solo founders, micro-contractors, and freelancers. If you are a solo operator and 99 MAD/month is a concern, calculate the value from one deal that would not have closed without the follow-up reminder. That math usually settles the question.
